Yes, this is in fact what I ended up doing. It's a bit of slog to get
through all the different pieces of documentation and work out what pieces
go where. But I have done this now. Thanks for your reply and efforts :-)

PS: Do you happen to know if the USB driver for Kilauea work with the latest
kernel?
