[ELDK] glibc change for eldk 3.1.1

I don't really understand why you repeat the very same question which
I already answered in a primvate message. But OK, here my reply goes
again:

NPTL also needs adequate kernel support, which is not available in
that old 2.4 kernel tree.

You can use NPTL - all you have to do is update to a recent kernel
version (2.6.33 or later recommended); then you can use ELDK release
4.2, which already includes support for NPTL.
