Yes you're right is manually translated, if I switch the language of my
system to English probably it gives me the same problem,

If your take a look to bind.spec, there is a line like: 

chmod 0755 $BUILD_ROOT/${_libdir}/lib*so.* 

And it hunks at this line because in my libdir(usr/lib) I don't have any
file with the name lib*so.* but I have only packages like lib*.a
