[ELDK] Issues building ELDK-4.2 from scratch

Not any more, or not yet.  The situation is just that so far there has
been virtually no customer interest in a configuration for 4xx.
Please feel free to contact me about such an extension (for ELDK 5.1,
then).

There is no guarantee that ELDK 4.2 will build a working 3.x kernel,
either.

It would probably be more efficient to invest these efforts into a 4xx
configuration of ELDK 5.1
