[ELDK] [STATUS] ELDK v5.4 released

this is to let you know that ELDK v5.4 is available:

- from the git repository, see tag "eldk-5.4" (in branch
  eldk-rel-v5.4)
- from the FTP server, see ftp://ftp.denx.de/pub/eldk/5.4/

Documentation still needs to be updated, though.
