Yes, Wolfgang, it is 32-bit register.

I used
=> md ff2800A0 1
=> md ff2800A0 2
=> md ff2800A0 4
=> md.b ff2800A0 1
=> md.b ff2800A0 2
=> md.b ff2800A0 4

and I've got the same result, the system is hang
