[tbot] Heads Up: Deprecating the `development` branch

Hello,

just a quick heads up:  I have decided to deprecate the `development`
branch of tbot and will now push all changes between releases directly
to master.  Releases will of course still be tagged like before.  So if
you want to use the latest dev-version, please switch to tracking the
master branch now.
