If your DRAM has problems/failures, you cannot ignore it!

U-Boot initializes your DRAM and than relocate to it (U-Boot runs than
from DRAM). After that it tries to load your OS to RAM and jump into
it ... all in RAM. So if your RAM is broken, you must fix it!
