[U-Boot-Users] PATCH: MPC824x EPIC Driver cleanup

The following patch is a minor cleanup to the MPC8245 EPIC driver
found in the MPC824x files.  It is against this morning's CVS
snapshot.  It has been tested on a custom MPC8245 board that I
derived from the Sandpoint configuration.  Comments welcome.
