Hello,

This patch fixes a few bugs which made udelay() not work properly on 925
based systems.  A while back when I increased my boards clock speed I ran
into quite a few problems which resulted in these fixes.

I think the Innovator should be switched over to use a real udelay code
instead of its busy spins. They do not scale at all with clock speed, and do
not keep the useful timestamp properly updating.
