Several people on linux-arm have given you hints but you seem to be
resistent against reading. It is absolutely of no interest which size
your display has. Find out what the electrical interface is, find out if
it is supported by the PXA onboard LCD controller. If yes, use the
driver which comes with the kernel. If not you probably have to write a
driver yourself or hire a support company...
