[U-Boot-Users] problems with tftp

hello

I'm using pxa based board with u-boot 1.0.0 installed. I'm trying to 
download kernel image from tftp to ram and this is what i get upon 
entering 'tftp addr image'

=> tftp a0100000 kernel.img

uImage type kernel image is there and bootp seems to be working since i 
get my ip address assigned.
What could be the cause of this?
