[U-Boot-Users] running U-boot on ML300 board??

Whay the heck do you think U-Boot needs to be copied  to  some  Linux
kernel directory?

Attach a debugger, and check what your processoir is doing. Also make
sure your serial port is configured correctly,  i.  e.  without  flow
control, etc.
