[U-Boot-Users] PATCH: Nios-II cleanups

Patch has some minor Nios-II cleanups:
   -Add sysid command (Nios-II only).
   -Locate default exception trampoline at proper offset.
   -Implement I/O routines (readb, writeb, etc).
   -Implement do_bootm_linux
