[U-Boot-Users] Error 139(TQM860L)

Dear all:
     
     I am trying to build U-BOOT for TQM860L board.I entered the following command in sequence:
         
         $make TQM860L_config
         $make CROSS_COMPILE=powerpc-860-linux-gnu-

   ( The host PC I using is X86:Linux 2.6.11.2
     The CROSS-TOOL was built by gcc 3.4.4 and glibc 2.3.5.
   )
     
     The error message is 
          /bin/sh: line 1: 16701 segment error;
          make: ***[u-boot] error 139

     I want to know what's the matter? Thank you very much!
