[U-Boot-Users] EMAC 5282 Second U-Boot code release

We have released a second revision of the 5282 u-boot code. Probably still not 
integratable into the main tree I'm afraid, but with several bug fixes and 
improvements. Notably functional support for Internal/External boot of 2M/4M 
flash for the SoM-5282EM. Also I have removed the early cache enable, and 
left it until boot time, as suggested.
