[U-Boot-Users] HOWTO port U-BOOT to my board(nios2)

I just want to port u-boot on my nios2 board(DE2).
I tried to change the EP1C20.h according to my system.ptf,and used
"nios2-download -g u-boot" to download the elf to my board.
It cannt run.

what are the steps for porting u-boot ?
