[U-Boot-Users] How to submit a U-Boot patch

Thank you all for your responses. I did indeed miss the specific
patching section at the bottom of the README and instead was reading a
section that only touched on the topic. I apologize for the oversight.
The rest of my questions my questions were answered by Ben, and I will
follow his procedure unless told otherwise.
