please provide a *descriptive* Subject next time. And ask  short  and
simple  questions  instead  of  posting  hundrets  of  lines of ighly
specific stuff which nobody will read. Maybe you should (re-) read

What makes you think the MPC8560ADS would be a good starting point?

I bet this is wrong. There are probabnly ten times more components on
your board which you did not mention that there are you did.

No. How could we? We have absolutely no idea what your hardware looks like.
