Have you contacted STx?  I believe they have a
complete Linux Rapid IO kit, that includes an updated
version of u-boot, specifically for this board.  It
could be useful to your progress.

Of course it does.  All of those registers are relative
to the CCSRBAR.

Well, you should probably consider writing some
software to do the necessary Rapid IO initialization
and the testing you desire.  There aren't enough
hours in a week to manually peek/poke all of the
registers necessary to do something useful.  :-)
