Ideally it would get updated automagically with each commit message :-)
You write: "Tarballs can always have it" - how? Normally I just type
cg-export [-r TREE_ID] some-file.tar.bz2
How do I get a file included that looks not too much different from
the current CHANGELOG? Any suggestions?
