	Thanks for your patch. It will be useful for others, with the same
problem, to see your post. 

However, I shall not be submitting it for inclusion in the main U-Boot tree.

The compiler warning indicates a toolchain problem, rather than a problem in
the U-Boot code.

The latest ELDK arm-linux-gcc does not exhibit this behaviour.


	Since U-Boot contains no floating point code, I intend to remove
this option from all 

ARM board builds, as soon as possible.

why this flag is required for their builds.....
