If you can't find the patch in the mailing list
archives, that means it's a private NXP patch, and so
you'll have to get it from their customer support
group. The document is only 2 months old, but I'm
wary that it references U-boot version 1.1.3, which is
quite old.
I'd yell at NXP if I was you.
