[U-Boot-Users] [patch] document CFG_VIDEO_LOGO_MAX_SIZE in README

If CONFIG_VIDEO_BMP_GZIP is defined, then CFG_VIDEO_LOGO_MAX_SIZE also
needs to be defined.  Patch below adds a note about this to the
README.
