[U-Boot-Users] Patches for adding a fdt command

Per Wolfgang's (privately sent) request, I resplit the patches so that
they would fit the mail list size restrictions and they will be coming
forthwith.

There is something wrong/confused with the u-boot-fdt custodian tree so
my changes are not showing up there.  Until we figure the problem out
and fix it, you can access the changes from my git repository:
