Where exactly were you thinking this would go?  I'm not sure what to  
detect - I could pretty easily do a rudimentary check, like checking  
if the CCSR location in the .dts is the same as the one u-boot has,  
but there's always the possiblity that someone has hacked their u-boot  
to put the CCSR in the same spot.
