[U-Boot] IXP425 TEXT_BASE

Hi;

            I am trying to bring up u-boot-2009-08-rc1 on IXP425 board. May
I know what's the reason that the TEXT_BASE is 0x00f80000 instead of 0 or
0x50000000?
