Please submit this patch first, before adding Elpida support. Patche
swill be smaller and muchbetter to read that way.

Please base this patch on master branch. I will make sure to rebase
the "next" branch before then applying the Eplida patch (which should
go into the "next" branch so we can use eth_getenv_enetaddr().
