[U-Boot] Reset command on u-boot command line not working

You must not expect much help with obsolete code. U-Boot 1.2.0 is
close to 2 years old. A zillion problems has been fixed since in
general, and especially for the 8548.

Frankly, it makes zero sense to use 1.2.0 on a new custom board.
