[U-Boot] Is it possible to support interrupts in ARM without MMU in u-boot

Hi,
I wanted to know whether it is possible to support arm interrupts in u-boot without MMU on. Since ARM expects the normal interrupt vectors to be either 0x00000000 or 0xffff00000. If possible can be tell me what needs to be done?
