[U-Boot] Error: No NAND device found during Reset

Hi,

In U-boot-1.1.6 , when i did reset the NAND device is not found("No NAND
device found!!!") , if i Restart the board NAND device is detected . what
exactly the problem? any patch for this 

board details
MPC8313ERDB board. 
u-boot version 1.16
