[U-Boot] AT91 runnable out of RAM ?

This is NOT an issue with the cdc branch.
All I am trying to do is download via dhcp/tftp the new u-boot image
and run it without flashing it first.
Likely a bone headed thing that I am doing or general limitation with at91.
For now I am going with bone-headed.
