Well, there was a reference to the COPYING file, which should be
sufficient. I sent a patch to make this clear.

I see no problem with this part. It corresponds mostly with the "NO
WARRANTY" of the GPL; the wording may be different, but I see no
conflicts (of course, IANAL).
