We would like to offer you the position of Administrative Assistant and Sales Support in Bergdorf Goodman company. 

Bergdorf Goodman is the leading U.S. company in the sale of luxury goods, apparel and accessories of the most prestigious international designers. 

Applicants for the position must possess excellent organizational skills as well as the capability to multi-task effectively. Ideal candidates have a strong focus on operational excellence accomplishment every day, and a personal style that is based on trust, and inspires loyalty. The applicant must be motivated, proactive, be able to learn and adapt quickly. 

Some of the duties of the position are: 
- Incorporating effective priorities for the virtual office function 
- Manage the day to day financial duties for customers 
- Reporting online daily 
- Short daily, and weekly financial reporting preparing obligations 

Required Skills: 
- Basic knowledge of PC 
- Knowledge of working with Internet
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and so on.) 
- Intermediate English writing and verbal level.

Employment: 
- From 09.00 to 17.00 
- Salary: from 2000 EUR per month ( 1 month trial period) to 2750 EUR per month (annual contract) per month plus sales commission. This amounts are after tax.
- You need to be situated in Germany, otherwise we can.t offer you this position.
