  Got it fixed, thanks,  Built it and ran it but the FEC seems
unhealthy:

MX51EVK U-Boot > dhcp                                                           
FEC_MXC: Autonegotiation timeout                                                
BOOTP broadcast 1               

  Maybe I can help you fix it?  Any ideas?
