[U-Boot] USB to Ethernet (asix)

Hi Simon,

  A work friend has been trying this device:

	{ 0x0b95, 0x1720 },	/* SMC */

  If he tries to do anything with the network, it doesn't work, do we
need to set set ethact to something?  He has a board with a regular
Ethernet chip on it and that's the only thing that shows up.  What
registers the SMC (above) as a valid Ethernet device?
