Please see the implementation of origen board(board/samsung/origen).
Its newly added.
May be you can move mmc_spl/board/denx/m28evk/* to board/denx/m28evk/*
define CONFIG_SPL_LDSCRIPT to the ldscript you want to use (Please
read spl/Makefile line 64 onward).
