[U-Boot] da830evm build regression due to commit 11a6fb79745b06610b334bada7167e9e0b619851

Hi all,

Commit 11a6fb79745b06610b334bada7167e9e0b619851 ("da830: modify the 
MEMTEST start and end address") in u-boot-arm (initially in u-boot-ti) 
causes a regression in building the da830evm board, by causing the 
following warning:

cmd_mem.c: In function 'do_mem_mtest':
cmd_mem.c:665: warning: suggest parentheses around + or - inside shift

This should not have functional consequences, but please fix.
