Modifications in v2 (Review comments incorporation)
- Use setbits_le32 and clrbits_le32 whereever applicable in patch-set
- Define smi_mtd_init() routine irrespective of CONFIG_MTD_DEVICE

Modifications in v1
- Add MTD support for smi driver
- Write to flash in a tight loop
- Alphabetically sort the list of devices
- Avoid issuing multiple write enable commands
