[U-Boot] [STATUS] build errors on u-boot-samsung

Since universal_c210 and SMDK5250 use old PMIC framework,
these two boards are failed to build.

I've pushed the "resolve" branch that is for solve the conflicts.

Please submit the patch as soon as possible.
