Can you load your uImage and uInitrd from the mmc? What version of
uboot are you running? Nowadays 'mmc init' is 'mmc rescan'.
Try to type the commands individually:
$ mmc rescan
$ ext2load mmc 0:1 0x.... /uImage
$ ext2load mmc 0:1 0x.... /uInitrd
$ bootm
and see where it stops working.
