[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/1] versatile: board configs: Use buffered writes on flash

[Jagannadha Sutradharudu Teki]

This patch provides a support to use buffered writes on flash
for versatile and vexpress boards.

This will certainly increase the flash writes.
