Changes in V2:
- Incorporated comments from Jaehung Chung.
- Renamed MSHCI to DWMMC through out the driver.
- Renamed files to exynos_dwmmc from exynos_mshc.
- Removed major hard codings of values.
- Wrote dw_mci_writel and dw_mci_readl functions for writel and readl.
- Removed structure of registers and defined each one separately.
