[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/4] ARM: OMAP4/5: Move gpmc clocks to essential group.

GPMC clocks are currently getting enabled as a part
non-essential clocks. This will be required during
NOR boot. Move this to essential group to keep the
functionality, when non-essential clocks are not
enabled.
