[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/3] microblaze: remove wrong define CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_PROTECTION

CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_PROTECTION will defined twice. The second one
is outside the flash configuration context and we can remove
it safely.
