[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/2] omap3: fix NAND for mcx board

nand: make 1-bit software ECC configurable

breaks boards using Software ECC and requires that
CONFIG_MTD_ECC_SOFT is set to have the previous
behavior. Fix for mcx board.
