Thanks for working on this. This README is an item that has been for a
long time on my todo list.

Only "MX28EVK" is enough. I would also add "Only the latest revision
of MX28EVK (rev D) is supported"

- VDD 5V: To the left (off)

- Hold Button: Down (off)"
