[U-Boot] pull request for u-boot-tegra/master into ARM/master

Albert,

Please pull u-boot-tegra/master into ARM/master. The previously
failing pxa boards are fixed with 'pxa: Disable dcache on palmld,
palmtc, zipitz2'.
