Yes I also noticed this, and I think we discussed it with the previous
version also. Sorry I didn't add this to the commit message. It seems
odd that a s/w reset would put it into a different state that a
physical reset. I am not too sure how to approach this problem - I
wonder if it might be one for Nvidia to look at?
