[U-Boot] [PATCH] mx25: Clean up imx-regs.h

Clean up i.MX25 imx-regs.h:
 - Update mx31 imx-regs.h filename.
 - Test for __KERNEL_STRICT_NAMES just in case.
 - Define internal RAM size.
